F.A.N. Discussion Forum > Is the Dentist Legally Liable For Discoloration Caused By Fluoride Treatment at His Office?
My daughter had an overdose of fluoride at her dentist appointment which mildly discolored her teeth. How upsetting! I was unaware of any potential risk of discoloration from a fluoride treatment. Is there a legal basis for us to be financially recompensed by the dentist in order to pay for cosmetic dentistry to fix the discoloration? Thank you for you help. THis is an issue and problem I have begun to share with my friends.
